I am an entrepreneur who has had a long time passion for health and fitness...23 years to be exact. I am a certified personal trainer with a BS In Exercise Science and over 5 years helping clients with general nutritional guidance. I have worked with a variety of clients from the age of 7 years to 97 years of age. I am a wife, and mom of 2 young kids and I work really hard to not only be the role model of a healthy lifestyle, but to give my kids the foundation for the rest of their lives. I love to share workouts, lifestyle hacks, easy healthy recipes and to be the voice and light of positivity In your health journey. I know It's never easy, and I want this to be that safe space for you to let your guard down to grow.
