    “I truly enjoyed the 2 week program. As a busy working mama of 3 it was the perfect combination of challenging and practical. I completed every workout in almost exactly 20 minutes. I would watch the example vids on my short warmups and then crank my jams and hit it for 20min! On days I wanted to really grind and challenge myself I added heavier weights and Liz provides excellent short clips of the exercises with modifications. I also found the nutrition tips (pre/post workout snacks and quick fix meals) very helpful! lastly, having someone keep me accountable for completing the workouts was huge as we all know with busy stressful lives; honestly even the active rest days Liz gives a great reminder to simply “play with your kids at the park.
